CPM US offers a wide range of services, but we have focused our efforts in four key areas over the past three years:
Merchandising – which includes speed to shelf with new items, in-stock status & correction, display compliance & building, Quality Control & Audit programs and data collection & reporting
Special Projects – include department resets, merchandise reflows, and customized one off solutions that are unique to our client partners
Technical Services – this area of our business involves more than just retail service coverage, it includes technical analysis of certain technology related products, call center support field evaluations and dispatch services for break/fix needs
Dedicated Teams – customized field service solutions to match the unique needs of our client partners
